Dr. CA.E.Phalguna Kumar is a Chartered Accountant practicing at TIRUPATI since 1979. His educational qualifications are M.A., M.Com., M.B.A., B.L., D.I.S.A., Ph.D. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, also. He is a trustee and executive member of several Charitable Trusts who was fortunate to offer his services to the famous Trust of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), as a special Auditor for 30 years. He was a Member of the Regional Direct Taxes Advisory Committee. He was a member of the Board of Studies of S.V.University and also SP Mahila University, for the years 2012-2014. He presented more than 330 technical papers in the past in various CPE seminars in all the five Southern States. On GST, he has delivered more than 50 lectures across Southern India. He has been elected to the SIRC of ICAI in the December 2009, 2012 & 2015 elections. He was Chairman of SICASA of SIRC in 2010-11 year. He was the Treasurer of SIRC of ICAI for 2011-12 year. He was the Chairman of the Taxation Committee and Members Grievance redressal committee of SIRC for 2012-13 year. He was the chairman of the Professional Development Committee for 2013-14 years. He was Secretary of the SIRC for 2015-16 year. He was Chairman of SIRC of ICAI for 2016-17 years. He got his Doctorate on “Accounting and Auditing Standards’ Applicable to NPOs” from the S.V. University, TIRUPATI. He is the Managing Partner of M/S. E.PHALGUNA KUMAR & CO.

Dr Santosh Kumar K is the Senior Consultant and lead in the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology at Motherhood Hospital, Banashankari, Bangalore. He has a special interest in General Pediatrics and developmental pediatrics. He is an accredited tester for developmental assessment in premature children and for assessing the reasons behind poor scholastic performances including IQ assessments.
